The Human Resources Office, under the direction of the Vice President of Finance and Facilities/CFO, is responsible for:

  • Administering personnel policies and payroll
  • Maintaining employment records including classifications, absences, rates of compensation, hours of work, appropriate performance evaluations, salary and wages, and fringe benefits.


The IRS has added additional instructions for 2021 Form W-2 to include the temporary increase in dependent care coverage allowed under the American Rescue Plan Act. These additional instructions must be provided to all employees receiving a 2021 W-2. Please access these additional instructions here.
